ALSO: In COLORADO, C4HCO.com says that you can STILL ENROLL for JANUARY coverage BY 8pm TODAY if you *both* enroll online *and* call them at 855-752-6749 & request *January* coverage. You have to specify Jan. coverage or your policy won't start until February.
