The lighting here is terrible! The food, though, is excellent. Flounder sashimi, negi toro roll, mushroom pho, rutabaga pappardela with foam (?)
“Thai” wagyu with spicy fish sauce, cauliflower-scallion roll, broiled cod, 72 hour short rib nigiri
Salmon with Tom Kha reduction, Spanish anchovy maki, tuna tartare, yellowtail nigiri
Foie gras nigiri, honey toast, cinnamon panna cotta, chocolate candy bar
One of my fellow diners remarked that “[my wife] would forgive me for having a torrid affair with another woman before she forgave me for going here without her.” and he was completely right. Third best meal I’ve had in my life, and best wine pairing.
