Had to write this up on my FB wall to dispel wrong notions on CAA-NRC !! 
Just because Hindu Sikh Buddhist Jain or Christian excluded means they can fake as Refugee and claim CAA benefit is prepostrous non sense being propogated. Coz anyone who enters India as a refugee needs a refugee document issued by Administration to avail temporary stay here.
And if he doesnt have refugee status then he is considered as an illegal immigrant. Both are different categories and CAA addresses the 1st category with reasonable classifiction & intelligible differentia. CAA legalises refugees and the NRC weeds out illegal immigrants.
The opposition and media mixing the two to raise a false bogey of minority persecution giving it a spin much to detriment of India’s interests.
