I did give this a try and felt it was mostly unsuccessful at simplifying the genre. It may appeal to you, though.
If you're looking for a fighting game that uses single buttons for special moves but also feels like a solid dang fighting game, then I suggest ULTRA FIGHT DA! KYANTA 2

As the end of the year approaches, it is time for Gaming Hell's traditional Year In Revue. What, if anything, did the strongest video games website get up to in 2019?

Enough, I suppose!
At the start of the year, I decided to do something a little different and have a teaser image, of sorts

I don't know if it was useful for generating Hype at all, but it certainly helped me to focus on getting specific games done.

... Even if I kept adding to it.
Anyway, let's look at what we covered this year!

This week's Arcade Archives is odd- Vs. Gradius. That's on both Switch ~and~ PS4, strange seeing as it's NES-based hardware. It's NES Gradius!

(Normally I link to the EU PSN, but I had to use the US of A store this time because Vs. Gradius is not on EU PSN. At all.

In fact, EU PSN has actually gone back and ~delisted~ Arcade Archives: Time Pilot which is just, augh, why, is this because I didn't buy 10-Yard Fight)
Storefront incompetence will not stop me from doing what I was going to do, though- talk briefly about the Vs. System!

NES stuff generally isn't my forte- in Gaming Hell's 10+-year history, there's only been one NES game covered- but the Vs. System stuff is pretty interesting.

I have been wanting to write about the pathologisation of activism or militantism within psychology and psychotherapy. But for for now I will do a thread. Perhaps that will help my article.
I have seen it. I have experienced it. I have recently discussed it with a rather clued up analyst who said to me Guilaine, I am afraid it comes with the territory (of change making). I thought ok, fair enough...& true enough but then again why are ‘we’ still we still doing this?
Anyway just want to cover a few of the ways psychotherapists, psychoanalysts/group-analysts (too) and MH are in bed with the status quo. There is a long history of pathologising if not punishing those seeking to change the unjust social order, I won’t cover it much...

I decided to run for Attorney General over a year ago.

On October 4, 2018, I sat in a courtroom in Jefferson City. I had sued powerful people. They hired a powerful law firm. I was there trying to hold dark money operatives accountable for the corruption they brought to my home.
I had a couple of good friends with me, friends who helped me print thousands of pages of old legislation, put them into binders, and bring them to court. The whole process cost me hundreds of dollars and a ton of hours.

But it was worth it to me.
I dedicated my entire career to public service. I taught in classrooms in St. Louis City, represented the people of Missouri in courts throughout our state as an Assistant Attorney General, fought for justice system reform as a Special Public Defender and as a private attorney.

In 2015, Canada’s #media, declared that #Trudeau & .@liberal_party outflanked the @NDP on leftist policies & for the 1st time in recent history the media supported large deficits & destruction of our country’s finances over a more balanced approach. Let’s stop here for a sec.

The Evidence Obtained Outside Cameras will not show any evidence of ‘tempering’ but other than license plates of dozens of diplomatic cars (Many with tinted windows-large trunks) with related time stamp, drivers Info, model/year: Nothing.
#Turkish Intel-Investigative Bodies also have the list of all Diplomatic & Private Saudi & “other significant’ Planes in #Turkey for the period of ‘interest.’ Many of the Target airports have their own security cameras & related evidence.
