This year some #startups shifted focus to cutting costs and optimization. An unfortunate result of this was downsizing of teams and layoffs. Some say this was also due to over hiring. Entrackr takes a look:

5/n Transportation and logistics startup Rivigo had a big of rejig in the organisation in the middle of the year. As a result, some 70-80 employees were asked to leave and some offer letters to potential employees were also withdrawn.
