1938 Chevrolet, and Dad looks like he's fixin' to cause some trouble #DavesCarIDService
This trio of troublemakers prefers a 1937 Ford Deluxe humpback sedan
Apparently it's 1937 Ford sedan day on #DavesCarIDService, because here's another one
This would be the unmistakable alienesque design of a 1961 Plymouth Valiant station wagon
You are photobombing a 1940 Ford Deluxe convertible
I will ID it anyway, it's a circa 1950 Ford 8N, with a flathead V8 conversion. Ford made a prototype V8 tractor in the 30s, but never production. It's apparently a fairly simple swap from 8N/9N Ford 4 banger to a V8
1953 Buick Skylark, the car that went straight from GM Motorama Show Car of the Future to your local Buick dealer showroom
This is a circa 1948 Humber Super Snipe Pullman limousine, and I am not making that name up
1964 Mercury Montclair Breezeway, with the retractable rear window to keep a back seat of buzzcut brats cool during summer driving
1960 Chevy El Camino. In the land of El Caminos, 59s and 60s are the undisputed kings
1939 Hudson (a brutal ID task btw), and yes Mom & Dad you look damn sharp
1941 Cadillac Series 62 phaeton / 4 door convertible
1928-29 Ford Model A Deluxe roadster. The whole reason we call it a car "trunk" in the US is because early motorists put luggage trunks on their rear bumpers. Have no idea why it's call a "boot" in the UK
1937 Willys sedan, sheet metal largely unmodified. Yes, they actually came with those droopy macaroni eyes
1936-40 Willyses were sort of a whiplash design-wise; 36 was kinda pretty, 37-38 homely as hell, 39 oddball streamlined sharknose, 40 pretty again
and yes, proper plural is "Willyses." It's not "Willy's", it's pronounced "Willis" as in whatchu talkin' about Willis
Distant truck on left is 1953-56 Ford F100; foreground is 1950 Plymouth; distant car on right a 1951 Lincoln
the gents are on a 1931 Chevy coupe, the ladies appear to be on the running board of a 1932 Ford
Can't say on #1 and #3, but #2 is definitely a 1959 Chevy Impala 4 door hardtop; must have been an imposing sight in Belgium
Pic #1 is a 1935 Ford Tudor, I will stop there as the photo negatives are giving me a psychedelic headache
Mom the blushing bride is standing in front of a 1951 or 52 Chevy; to the left is a 1957 Ford Club Sedan
yes, everything seems consistent with 1910-ish Buick Model 10 Tourabout
That's it for #DavesCarIDService today, and stop sending me pics of the Baghdad airport hulk, I ID'd it yesterday.
