Good for Biden for not allowing the press and Twitter activists to force him into the same error Warren and Sanders made.
One more note on this argument:

The below is from the Obama administration's legal memo justifying the operation to take out U.S. citizen Anwar al-Awlaki. And they are citing an opinion from the Clinton administration considering the possibility of taking out Osama Bin Laden.
"Killing a person who posed an imminent threat to the United States would be an act of self-defense, not an assassination."

This is important because it speaks to what these candidates would do as POTUS.

American voters deserve to know whether these individuals can be trusted to defend them against threats
I was a fierce critic of Obama’s approach on FP, but he did repeatedly do what was required on that front (OBL etc).

By claiming this was an “assassination,” Warren and Bernie aren’t just disputing whether taking out Soleimani was prudent, but whether it was legitimate.
If they don’t think taking out the heads of terrorist groups is even legitimate, that is a serious concern that should be highlighted to voters.

It signals they will not protect Americans against those threats.

I wonder if the people cheering this insanity on also think Obama provided justification for Putin assassinating dissidents with his program of taking out terrorists with drones strikes (Including an American citizen!)...
Honestly curious how someone argues taking out Soleimani in Iraq justifies Russians killing dissidents abroad, but Obama droning Anwar Al-Awlaki & his son (who was a U.S. citizen, indisputably less of a threat, and in Yemen) does not.....
Also, wouldn't his logic also apply to the Bin Laden raid?

So are there any terrorists Bernie would be willing to take out as CIC? Does them being sponsored by a state automatically give them unlimited immunity to commit terrorism?

Let's go through some of his claims and why he is actually upset....
@mjs_DC 1) I don't think anyone who follows me thinks I mostly dunk on celebrities. Fairly confident most would agree I provide valuable information and am pretty good at holding media accountable with facts.
@mjs_DC 2) I've been tweeting a lot about Iran because I actually know the topic and have something to add to the conversation. A position MJS is unfamiliar with.

It was weird that the moderators let Delaney, a bug-eyed weirdo with less than 1% at the polls, run the debate. But he made a marvelous heel for both Warren and Sanders to dunk on all night.
Both Warren and Sanders succeeded last night where Biden failed in the last debate. They were the primary targets, taking hits all night, but unlike Biden, they defended themselves well and came out stronger for it.

As I first wrote several weeks ago would happen, the Democratic debates have restructured the polling, putting, as I predicted, @KamalaHarris and @ewarren within striking distance of @JoeBiden.

Biden 22%
Harris 17%
Warren 15%
Sanders 14%
Buttigieg 4%

Months of assertions that #Biden was "inevitable" have been eviscerated. Unable to stand up to #Harris at the debates, Biden appeared tired, confused and unprepared, despite having been kept away from major events for weeks by his handlers. Harris has been campaigning daily.
#Warren won the first debate handily, with only @JulianCastro and @CoryBooker offering any other strong moments in the two hour debate.
The new rankings put #Harris and Warren in the lead for most electable and many are already talking about Harris/Warren as the 2020 ticket.
