2/7 The prescribed route to transmit, capture & collate the results, which was violated by @ZECzim, is in ss 37C(4) & 65(7) of the Electoral Act. Malaba also cited this route in his judgment. The route is PEREMPTORY: the law says "shall", and Malaba wrote "must", be followed! 
3/7 The Electoral Act peremptorily provides that results for the presidential election "shall" & Malaba interpreted this to mean "must" be transmitted from ward centres to constituency centres for collation. But @ZECzim diverted the results to Harare for illegal collation there!
4/7 Instead of transmitting V11s & V23As to 210 constituency centres from 1,985 ward centres, @ZECzim illegally used district election officers to transmit the V11s & V23As from wards to Harare to count & manipulate them. And once illegally there, the V11s & V23As became invalid!
5/7 By creating an illegal route to transmit V11s & V23As from wards to collate them in Harare, #ZEC turned its national command centre into a giant polling station where some 20 operatives punched data from the V11s & V23As onto an excel spreadsheet to produce an invalid result!
6/7 Why did @ZECzim invent a route to transmit V11s & V23As from wards to Harare for illegal capture & collation? Rigging, after server showed a Mnangagwa loss. On 31 July 2018 Chigumba sent a WhatsApp msg saying ZEC had "its own V11s" & verification was "a courtesy", not by law!
7/7 The irrefutable evidence that @ZECzim invented an illegal route, at the behest of the military, to transmit V11s & V23As with the 2018 presidential election results from wards to Harare for inputting onto an excel spreadsheet means the result announced by Chigumba is invalid!
