While everyone was distracted with impeachment being delivered to the Senate, yesterday @SidneyPowell1 made two major statements about @GenFlynn in a radio interview with @LarryOConnor

THREAD🚨

1/ Powell has a *witness* to an "original 302" which is exculpatory to Flynn

"POWELL: We don't have the original 302 that the FBI agents created and I've now found a witness who says the original 302 did in fact say that Flynn was honest with the agents and did not lie"

Needless to say, if true, that's a bombshell as the government has repeatedly asserted no such original 302 is in their possession, and Judge Sullivan has already ruled that no "material" changes were made to any 302 drafts, let alone one removing a statement of Flynn's "honesty"

2/ Powell also explains why (in her view) Flynn plead guilty to lying to the FBI in the first place (if he's actually innocent), and strongly hints her next filing with the court (due on Tuesday) will place this on the record

HOST (@LarryOConnor): "What's the deal with General Flynn pleading guilty in the first place, if he didn't make a false statement? Why did he plead guilty saying that he did?"

POWELL: "Well, that will be more evident when we complete our next filing"
