Robert Hyde today pointed the finger at a guy named Anthony de Caluwe, saying he merely copy-pasted Yovanovitch info from him & sent to Parnas. Hyde told me he met de Caluwe at a Trump fundraiser & at Trump hotel in DC (1/7)

De Caluwe is Belgian, one of his friends told me. His Facebook is all pro-Trump photos and slogans. Another person he's pictured with told me he saw the guy frequently at Trump events (2/7)
I reached de Caluwe, who confirmed Hyde asked him for Yovanovitch info. "He asked me if I would know where she is, because she has information to help President Trump to provide evidence on the investigation on some persons Stateside. I informed him it’s against the law." (3/7)
But then the House released new documents showing Hyde had forwarded to Parnas screenshots of messages from a Belgian phone number containing the same purported Yovanovitch info. Hyde also copied the text of those messages & resent to Parnas (4/7)
The last digits in the phone number are redacted in docs released by House. But the first digits perfectly match phone number for de Caluwe listed on online profile. The WhatsApp profile photo is a pic of de Caluwe (5/7)
Hyde also forwarded to Parnas a WhatsApp audio message of someone in accented English saying "It's confirmed, she's in Ukraine." (6/7)
We followed up post-doc release with de Caluwe. No response so far to the new docs that seem to contradict his denial. (7/7)

Under long-standing Justice Dept policy, a present President cannot be charged w/ a federal crime while in office. That is unconstitutional. Even if the charge is kept under seal. The Special Counsel office is a part of the Justice Dept. and by regulation is bound by that policy.
Charging the POTUS with a crime was, therefore, not an option we could consider. The opinion permits the investigation of a sitting POTUS because the evidence and recollections need to be fresh and documents available.
