I waited several years to purchase a genuine article camera w/a telephoto lens because frankly, it was always a bit too expensive & I couldn't justify it. A friend sold me one for a song recently & I'm so looking forward to incorporating more photography into my passion projects.
I'd like to include more photography in my coverage of Congress but that can be tricky due to restrictions on press who are not 'official' photojournalists. However, at the very least, I hope to begin filling this feed with more sights from around town during this historic time!
