Thought I'd share out some lessons I've learned as a leader over these last years. Guess you could call these my leadership principles. Enjoy 🙂

3/ Have tough conversations without delay.
4/ An open door policy dispels most rumours… and inevitably creates a few.
5/ The people you coach should eventually make you irrelevant.
6/ Solve for your employees. They solve for the customer. That solves for the shareholder.
7/ Stand up for what you believe is right… but have the courage to accept and admit when you're wrong.
8/ Find a balance between managing up and managing down.
9/ Framing is everything.
10/ If two intelligent people have the same data, (most times) they will draw the same conclusion.
