4. Have a consistent "hook". Something folks can get comfy in. #5 Below v!
5. If you can maintain all these things above. You will make an impression. That impression WILL spread. It will be the truth of what you are doing. People appreciate Quality honesty. It's so difficult to fnd these days.

Kinda neat fact, although we've had Merchandise piracy, we've not had Book piracy or far as I can tell even resale. :)

We are barely known (that helps), but more than that, I think each of our backers wanted to support us, not just consume a product.
It is up to us as creators to foster #opportunities for folks to see the difference, understand the difference, and communicate our abilities to PROVE the difference, between #Consumption, and Investment.
As creators we definitely understand #Investment, but communication is often tough.

Many of us are naturally #Abrasive or #Shy. Neither lending expertly to marketing or community engagement. You can learn to leverage either but it's often not a given.

SO yesterday, and today, are the first times I am genuinely considering leaving comics. I just am not tough enough to be successful out there, nor are the pathways I see towards success any fun, or drive me forward. I've lost the drive.1/10
I never make rash decisions, so I'm here for awhile, wanna see Jack #2 finally get to it's amazing supporters, there are tons of talents who are linked up with me, who deserve the best I can do, but really, I have to redfine "why" or nope out..2/10
The path I've tried to walk doesn't seem to lead towards growing success, so I am letting down the folks who, in this ridculous endevour, lended their support and efforts, and, I am just heartbroken in so many places, at my failures, and at the choices I am left with. 3/10

As long as your art isn't distractingly bad, it doesn't need to be distractingly good, either. Comics are storytelling+shorthand. If your writing is good & your depictions are recognizable, you're in good shape. You're telling a story through stylized art...what readers expect!
Well-drawn art is awesome & you CAN TOTALLY take advantage of your hard-earned skills and draw stunning panels! That wows the reader! But you don't have to make every panel this way. I find it VERY helpful to ask myself what the purpose of each of my panels is... (example next)

Cambodia has a rich modern history of pulp art, #comics and graphic novels. Today in pulp I look at the Cambodian scene and at some of the artists who made - and continue to make - it happen! #SaturdayMotivation
Cambodian pulp art was initially influenced by the French comic strip style, and later by Indian movie posters and hindi comics. But it also maintains a strong folk-art tradition, melded with contemporary themes.
In the 1960s Cambodian artists were able to make a reasonable living illustrating both comics and book covers for the domestic market. Flower Of Love, Flame Of Suffering by Hak Chay Hok (Khmer Books) is a good example of the genre. The cover is by Hul Sophon.

Good evening to you all. Our cherished followers, as you already know talking about glass ceiling tonight is meant to inform us of invincible barriers that exists in our work places. More importantly how GC affects women. You are all welcome to share your thoughts.
The term glass ceiling is a metaphorically used to represent invisible or unidentified barriers that keeps or prevent people for example minorities( women etc)from advancing beyond highly esteemed levels in a hierarchy.
Everyone can experience GC at the workplace, at any point in time however, since the term was coined by feminists with regards to the barriers encountered by women with high achieving spirits or goals, most people tend to believe that GC is a feminist concept.
