NEWS: House Dems just now point the US Court of Appeals DC Circuit to the arguments President Trump's lawyers made in the Senate impeachment trial that the proper venue for fighting a subpoena is in court, contradicting DOJ's stance in a lawsuit to hear testimony from Don McGahn. 
And in a second letter, the House counsel writes to the court considering the Mueller grand jury case urging it to rule "expeditiously" because of the Senate trial.
