Short thread

A few years back a female friend called me because a cop from Parklands Police Station had forcefully gotten in her car. She had refused to bribe him so he got in and ordered her to drive to the station.

#FreeAtty
She initially refused to let him in but he insisted, threatened her and forcefully got in to her car. She called me while driving there and she kept on talking through the drive telling me to meet her there but insisting that I should stay on the phone.
I got there and asked what offence she had committed and he pointed to a small crack on the screen that was literally just bigger than a dot at the bottom of the wind screen.

I knew arguing would be wasting time so I asked about cash bail and he set it at 20K
The number was arbitrarily decided on because I asked why he had forcefully gotten into the car.

He set the bail at 20 probably because I didn't look like I could afford it ( lol having locks and always being in jeans and a t-shirt gets me that sometimes 😂)
I didn't have the cash on me but called up my bro to send it to me and I would refund it the next day and we had to do it hurriedly because he was insisting on putting her in the cell even though I told him I would pay the bail.
It was almost 6 too and he said that the cop who receives bail money was about to go home and so if I didn't get the money within 10 minutes, she would stay there for the night.

So I got the money pretty quickly and left with her straight to downtown to replace the windshield
Later on she explained how on the journey to the police station, he was groping her all the way and telling her that since it was Valentine's day, when she was in the cell at night, he would "make her his Valentine" when everyone had gone away.
He was groping her in her own car and there's nothing she could do. That's why she called me because she told him that she has a "husband" and he was coming. He told her that it didn't matter if I came because he has done this before
He was threatening to rape her and more or less admitted that he had done it before.

We thought of making a report but re-thought it. There was no proof or evidence of him sexually assaulting her or threatening her.

I still have his badge number and he's still a police officer
There's also another time last year on Kindaruma Road, a policeman was forcefully trying to get into a woman's car over an alleged traffic offence. The lady declined and he was literally trying to pry the door and window open.
When we formed a crowd and started asking him what he's doing, he eventually stopped then we escorted her to Kilimani. Lol she was charged with obstruction.

Obstruction because she was parked on the side of the road -because he ordered her to 😂🙄
Cops sexually harass and assault women and I'm sure there are many stories out there which women can't speak out about.
So people advising people to just let police into their car really need to stop talking.

Do not let police into your car. They have no right to be in your car over a traffic offence
So in summary,

Fuck the police.
People are saying that we should have reported it.

I should have reported sexual assault by a policeman to the police?

Do, pray tell, tell me how you think that would have gone?

The police who shoot people in broad daylight. Those ones?
