There are two ways for a team/org to go about learning a new way of working. 1) Pick off a part, then deepen & broaden. Or 2) allow them to experience the full practice, then deepen.

Lots of orgs assume the left option is the only way and is "safer". Is it?

.@movito I was actually reminded of your talk on the DDD chat recently when I was thinking about this. It felt more end-to-end in terms of a practice.
