NRT are liscence for use in pregnancy, try oral NRT first in pregnancy.
For better absorption avoid swallowing, fizzy drinks, coffee and spicy food 15 minutes before/ after taking NRT.

Get the dosing right for nicotine replacement therapy.

E-cigarettes are significantlyless harmful than smoking .

E-cigarettes #vaping are more effective stop smoking 🚬 aids.

How much nicotine a person needs depends on how much the person smokes.
