Thread: The Storm; Navigating Through the Process of Chaotic Changes
1. In this process of Truth emerging into the Light of day, we find that many things we thought were true & counted on, turned out to be untrue. Our realities shift continually as new pieces of hard evidence reveal a very different reality than previously thought.
2. Perhaps the one thing we might count on is that The Great Awakening will leave no one unchanged.

So do you know how you personally respond to change?
3. Understanding the process of immense, chaotic change, can assist you, and in doing so empower you to assist others through this immense process of change humanity is experiencing.
4. When I was studying human and family systems earlier in life, there were a number of guiding principles. Here are two that are relevant to understanding & navigating the process of chaotic change:
5.
1) First figure out where you are & what’s going on within you. Only then can you communicate effectively w/ others. Only then can you decide if you want to stay where you are, choose a different course, or make pro-active decisions going forward.

2) Everything is a process.
6. When we identify & define a process, we gain understanding of what we’re experiencing and/or witnessing. Once defined, we can then identify where we are within that process. In other words, we can figure out where the heck we are.
7. The various processes of change are good ones to examine because change is constant. We’re always undergoing multiple processes of change simultaneously, if you think about it.
8. Many find change frightening. It raises up fears of the unknown and often leads to internal resistance. Trust in one’s Self and Trust in the process are necessary in order to release the fears.
9. Nature provides us with many wonderful examples of change processes. The repeating cycles of the seasons, of day and night, of low & high tides. The cycle of germination, growth, flowering, creating seeds for the next generation, dying back, new birth.
10. On and on these cycles repeat, becoming timeless.
11. Within nature there are also examples of chaotic change, which comes on suddenly, oftentimes resulting in immense changes; earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, forest fires, floods, and storms of wind, rain or snow.
12. The chaotic processes of change raise the most fears because with them come destruction. And the Unknown. The old has to fall away for the new to emerge in it’s place. The new may be unknown, yet it is also within our power to create pro-actively.
13. Destruction can be labeled either “Bad” or “Good”. Yet if what grows up in response to an immensely chaotic change benefits & serves the highest good of all, was the destruction “Bad”? Or is it a necessary component in the cycles of creation?
14.The cycles in nature guide us w/ their wisdom. This image sequence of chaotic change in nature gave me a measure of support thru a major period of change earlier in my life. Over time this image allowed me to gain trust in the process of chaotic change & navigate without fear.
15. The image:
You are staying in a rustic cabin, surrounded by woods, on the shore of lake. It’s summer, with warm days & bright sunshine. The lake in these warm, lazy days has grown somewhat cloudy. At dinner time, a bank of clouds start rolling in.
16. The wind picks up. The water’s surface grows choppy. Darkening clouds, distant thunder growing closer, the winds become audible as they move through, rustling the trees. As night falls the rains hit, the power goes out. Lightning & thunder crack too close for comfort.
17. So you & yours huddle up, light candles & listen. Senses become heightened. There’s concern of a tree falling, hitting the cabin, or your car, or block the drive. You hope the roof is a match for the winds.
18. There isn’t really anything one can do but sit in the dark & trust, pray, & wait this phase out.
19. And in the morning, you wake to bright sunlight, walk outside, survey the destruction wrought, some downed trees, broken limbs, the ground littered with leaves ripped off by the winds.
20. Yet too, the world sparkle as rays of Light reflect from the rain-washed leaves of the trees. From water’s edge, the lake spreads out like a mirror, so still, calm, and clear you can see deep into it’s depths.
21. For those awake, we’ve watch clouds gather, heard distance thunder, felt the gusts & lulls of wind, as The Storm roll slowly in. We’ve expected The Storm to hit sooner, and understand the pace allows for more to awaken.
22. For those unawakened, when The Storm hits, it will be experienced as a shocking, sudden & unexpected event, like an 9.0 earthquake. Their process of understanding this immense chaotic will be different. Compassion is called for.
23. For all of us, just as in the image sequence of weathering a big storm by the lake, there will come a phase of uncertainty, limited vision, and seeming chaos. It’s inherent in the process of immense change.
24. We each have choices as to how we respond during the dark, chaotic phase of the process of change. Knowing how you normally respond to change and knowing you have choices empowers you.
25. It can’t be said better then Q has done since the beginning:

Trust yourself
Believe in yourself
26. In the dark, whirlwind, uncertain phase of the process of chaotic change, one gets in touch w/ what matters most, the safety & well-being of those one loves. One discovers their true inner strength, their resiliency, their capacity for unyielding courage & boundless love.
27. And after the passing of the storm, we awaken, just like the lake, we are changed within. We awaken to a new level of clarity, of vision, and of understanding what is most important in this experience we call life. END
