This isn't the rudest reply I've ever rec'd, but to me it is one of the worst, at least from a fellow follower.
I understand you can't/won't empathize w/ Brexiters who suffer as a result. Some of you argue they deserve it, should have known, or that otherwise they won't learn.

I get it. But to laugh at them, esp. after I asked you not to, is *everything* that is going wrong today.
Do we want to live in such a world, to be as nasty & evil as the #Brexit movement we all criticize? If we start sneering & gloating, what kind of country will this be?

So I ask you not for sympathy or empathy or generosity.
I ask you to *remain* decent, civil, lovely, passionate, witty & hopefully compassionate people. Because that's how I know you & that is the country I remember & one day hope to return to.
We must be better than this.

P.S. This is about a company in administration, owned by a Brexit supporter. Just b/c the owner supports #Brexit, his staff might not. Not any of the 100, for all we know
So if they voted remain, would they also deserve to lose their jobs? And would we send them a laugh-emoji?

P.P.S. Of course, you can reply & tell me you think it is ok to be angry (I agree) & to sneer/gloat (I disagree). Pls understand I am angry, too, as I have lost my English home. Pls also know I don't want to lecture anyone. But I do believe we all need to treat each other civilly
