This interview w/ Jean Robertson hints at some of the ideas:

"Last 10,000 yrs of history are at kitchen sink. If we can do it differently there we can do it differently anywhere. It starts w/ the dishes"

Quotes/Takeaways below:
h/t @Malcolm_Ocean
humanity 2.0 = hierarchical top down culture

humanity 1.0 = prior to agriculture revolution, which would require hierarchy to maintain surplus out of nomadic roots

humanity 3.0 = post judgement society, no more evaluative comparisons of worth on the good/bad/better/worse scale
Humanity 1.0 & 2.0 were dualistic & judgmental which reinforced hierarchical control & existing power structures

If you weren't using right/wrong ethics, you had no ethics

In Humanity 3.0, morals moves up a level of abstraction by analyzing power in collaborative&coercive sense
In Humanity 1.0 & 2.0, your identity is tied up with titles, labels that are given to you, your value in society in which identities you can claim and not who you are as an individual in those identities.

E.g. Mothers don’t hate babies, they can hate experience of having babies
Demands put on them would make anyone feel the same

Distinguishing that btw hating your baby is essential, b/c it makes you hate yourself for hating your baby, which makes you progressively worse parent

Differences are conceptual in language but have really fundamental impacts
Applies elsewhere

"Feeling irritated right now but I’m meta OK"

Like, I don’t like you right now, but our relationship is solid

My not liking you is not personal to you I’m just going through a loop right now
Mother to infant, while having experience the can lead her to be irritated, the point that is unconditional love, the nutrient that enables parents to go through suffering and sacrifice of childhood, is an essential nutrient for child to get sense of self

Unconditional love.
Most other people it makes sense to love w/ at least some conditions!

At times we may not want to engage w/ them, but still want them to flourish:

"I can’t work with you, AND I’m committed to your leadership into this work and supporting it, In whatever makes deep sense to me"
