Anyone looking for signals on how the US approaches trade relations might be interested in the statement it made earlier this week at the WTO.

WTO members were reviewing the EU’s trade policy. This is how the US kicked off its statement.

This is pure Trumpist economics, everything determined by the bilateral deficit, proof that the EU is protectionist.

That first paragraph puts the statement in a different light. Without, it would be a standard comment in a trade policy review.

NEW WTO DISPUTE

Japan has filed a complaint with the WTO about alleged S.Korean shipbuilding subsidies. The complaint focuses on restructuring finance for Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, and some others.

A “request for consultations” is the first stage in a dispute. After about two months, if still unresolved, it can move on to the stage when a panel hears the case

This is the 2nd similar dispute filed by Japan against S.Korea.

The first, DS571, from Nov 2018, went quiet within two months, without a dispute panel being appointed wto.org/english/tratop…

Japan has not explained the switch, but the new complaint is longer, more details.

This seems to indicate that all employees of HRC’s employees had access to two separate email addresses - one at clintonemail[dot]com and another at presidentclinton[dot]com.

It says that replies would be sent from former.

Could explain massive ‘gap’?!
That statement came from page 272 on the latest release - pull the file here:

To be clear, it was a statement from Brian Pagliano - he would know, as he set it up!
The obvious problem is that there could be a bunch of emails outside of the search range... bc they could be receiving stuff outside of clintonemail[dot]com.

The other implication is that the other domain was for the Clinton Foundation!!
