Lindsey Graham says he just talked to DOJ about Roger Stone: “I don’t think this is a case of sentence enhancement. Apparently there’s a letter from the victim that they didn’t feel threatened. The guidelines are three and a half, four and a half.”
Graham: “You can enhance the sentence if somebody was threatened about what so I don't think that lies here.... I don't know what she'll give him but he'll probably go to jail but I think a seven and nine year sentence wouldn't be appropriate here.”
Graham said he didn’t think his committee will investigate it and said Barr will eventually come before his panel relating to the panel’s oversight. “I believe the President shouldn't be tweeting about an ongoing case - I've told him that,” per @tedbarrettcnn
