@VodaIdea_NEWS @narendramodi It is truly amazing that the SC should admonish the PSUs for coming to SC on their dues. SC gave a bad judgment, and once all non-telecom revenues had to be considered for calculating license fees, the DoT was absolutely right in sending the notices to the PSUs
Govt @rsprasad @narendramodi to blame as they didn't even intervene properly. Had to tell the judge what his order meant. That Voda would shut and that govt stood to lose Rs 2+ lakh crore and banks Rs 50,000 crore

Not clear what the SC has done for non-telcos. They can approach TDSAT but since the principle of paying license fees on non-telecom revenues has not been reversed, what if TDSAT rules against the PSUs?
