As discussed in article, 4 narratives to Kremlin influence during this phase- 1. Elevate preferred candidate 2. Denigrate viable challengers to Russia & preferred candidate 3. Split the opposition pitting populists vs establishment 4. Support fringe candidates to suppress turnout
With that formula in mind, Kremlin strategy is straightforward. Elevate a Trump, Attack Biden and now Bloomberg, Elevate Sanders with narrative of DNC rigging it (Same plan, different election) 
Last note, since going after Burisma & Biden falling in the polls, Russian hackers not likely hack power influence. If they do, I’d estimate Bloomberg is the target & 3 areas compromising info - Stop & Frisk, Muslim surveillance, NDA’s
Right now, Bloomberg law firms should watch out, if it goes to a contested convention, then the DNC should be on the look out for some GRU probing.
