1. Until @FiveThirtyEight unlocks the poll, I'm going with pre-SuperTuesday data. Here is how it looked for this coming Tuesday's #MichiganPrimary. You don't have to be good at math to see what @MikeBloomberg suspending is likely to do for Biden. So Joe looks to me likely to win.
2. Then the campaign rolls into #StPatricksDay and Biden should steamroll in these states:

Florida
Illinios
Ohio.

The only one that @SenSanders has a shot on March 17 is #ArizonaPrimary and I would not bet the farm on that if I were Sanders.
3. And then it gets really bad for Bernie.

He doesn't have a path. His followers need to be ready for what appears likely. I sympathize and I think we all should just disengage for a bit. Next week Wednesday we should talk about beating Trump. And fixing what's wrong with US.

1. I am a 30 year Bankruptcy professional. Delaware was for most of Joe's time in the Senate the center of the Bankruptcy ecosystem. He made Wilmington comparable to Zurich based on the amount of money that changed hands there. I'd consider that a compliment for a politician. 😎
2. I think Bankruptcy amendment everyone is griping about are the Chapter 13 changes in the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act. That's when I stopped doing consumer cases.
3. It was a terrible law but it passed in Denny Hastert's House and by a partisan 74-25 vote in the Senate. If we are going to have a discussion on Bankruptcy reform, count me in. If we're going to re-litigate the Bush43, days we're toast. @ewarren @JoeBiden @maddow @Lawrence

1. To people in Europe wanting to help Turkey in Idlib: It's not in your counties interest. Your support would mean you are giving material support to both Al-Qaeda & ISIS. That's much of who's in Erdogan's jihadist army. Turkey and its army has to leave Syria or war continues.
2. Upon Turkey's force withdrawal UN peacekeepers need to be put in Idlib, pending recovery, and completion of the Geneva process. Anything else is going to cause more war, refugees and suffering. We can fix this mess. But we need to focus on who is the immediate security threat.
3. A a mobile Ottoman jihadist Al-Qaeda & ISIS army armed with Stingers is a threat to everyone but Erdogan. @UNGeneva @RefugeesCE @USEmbassySyria @CENTCOM @WHNSC

1. @SenSchumer: McConnell politicized #SCOTUS more recently than any time since the 1930s. I advance a political theory of the court.

I interpreted Schumer to say the Court's jurisdiction will be in his hands. He's warning them of the revolution they are about to start.
2. Should he keep that a secret? The court is already fully politicized. Schumer is reminding Roberts he can be removed with a 2/3 Senate vote. If we sweep the Fascists we control in 322 days. We could add a dozen justices if we wanted to. Schumer was reminding him
3. it's our court, not the radical right's court. Chuck didn't threaten violence. He threatened a peaceful revolution. That's not something he should keep to himself.

I think this is going to be the best #StPatricksDay ever. 😎

After hanging out in #Detroit's predominantly Latino neighborhood the last two days, I was struck by how so many people kept telling me that they're all supporting @BernieSanders and that people should step back for a minute and wait until #MichiganPrimary is over next Tuesday.
These voters, all these Latinos (even older ones), about 10-15 of them, shared a general view that #SuperTuesday had them thinking of what their vote will be, but that they will at least vote on Tuesday but they are not sure if they will vote in November.
They all said that @JoeBiden has a lot of work to do to repair his relationship with Latinos, yes, even in Southwest Detroit. They were adamant about Obama/Biden admin deportation legacy. Remember, Detroit is a border city.
