Rockers as #COVID19 continues to grow I’m concerned about #Disabled like myself, @_JayScorpion, @SFdirewolf, and more who have home care aides and/or nurses because if full quarantine happens what do we do?
Will aides/nurses be allowed to come to out help us?
Will #Disabled without family members be forced into hospitals and institutions if a quarantine won’t allow aides/nurses out?
Again a society issue is being discussed without taking #Disabled into consideration besides saying we’re at risk to be victims of #COVID19

Hong Kong and Vietnam have done an incredible job at limiting the progress of #COVID19. Remarkable, given their proximity to, and travel with China.

They rapidly deployed the WHO’s recommended testing kit for widespread testing, with self-quarantine.

Flying is a nightmare when you need to bring 2 dozen medications with you.

1st, Despite already having them organized into a large pillbox right now, I have to put them all back into their original bottles again now before flying with them - otherwise they *will* get taken away
Then, despite having put them in those bottles, I’m now faced with a choice. If I put them in my checked bag and that bag is lost, even for a day? I will be in real danger. So for safety they should go in my carry on. HOWEVER...
Putting them in my carry on means I almost always face additional screening from TSA when they see allllll those pills in my bag. Yes, I always have copies of my prescriptions ready to go so I can prove I’m not trafficking any of the pills, but it takes time and is stressful.

Well - it's my birthday today. It's also 3 weeks since we provided @RedbridgeLive with a clear list of emergency needs as disanled, homeless people, that they need to help us meet as per the Care Act. NONE have been met.
@RedbridgeLive So - NO access to disabled bathing facilities suitable to our impairments, for months now. No hairwashing/drying. No support in accessing food, made increasingly impossible by disability, but also complete lack of cooking and refrigeration facilities.
@RedbridgeLive The distance to the car is too much for me, and for Stevie. She last "went out" on 16 January when she was forced, with Sean, to transfer to another Travelodge while I was in hospital. She hasnt seen anyone except me and her brother since.
