US jets are tonight bombing Popular Mobilisation Units (PMU), using pretext that it was Ketaib Hizbullah KH that attacked US forces at Taji base near Baghdad yesterday.
PMU forces are part of the official armed forces of Iraq, so US is in effect launching new war on #Iraq

2. Important to note PMU volunteers were main force on the ground that defeated ISIS in Iraq. They waged sustained battles against the terrorists and fought alongside the regrouped Iraqi army. The US refused to help for 3 long months after ISIS occupied Iraqi territory in 2014

3. It seems that the US airforce attacks are targeting numerous PMU positions across Iraq.
Certainly a new war of aggression aimed at regaining total domination of the country.

4. Iraqi reports say the US jets came from outside Iraq. There are numerous US bases in the Middle East.

5. Reports of rockets landing on or near US embassy in Baghdad.
It seems that 5 PMU positions were bombed by US jets. Karbala airport was also bombed.
Precise number of casualties is not known yet.

6. Initial reports indicate that one worker was killed at Karbala airport and two policemen in Babylon.
US targets included the civilian airport and an Iraqi army position.

7. By bombing an Iraqi regular army position and the civilian airport in Karbala, a city that accommodates some of Iraq’s most important religious shrines, the US is trying to terrorise the country and force people to abandon the PMU.

8. British planes took part in the US bombing raids.

9. The Iraqi government has confirmed that a regular army as well as a police position were bombed by the US bombing raids.

10. Karrar is the worker killed by yesterday’s US bombing of the civilian airport being built near the city of Karbala.
