Just a question on the Coronavirus: How can we know the accurate death rate if until about a week ago there was no accurate test (or ANY tests)? Also, there is still no accurate means of determining the number of people ACTUALLY infected...

...as virologists and health experts tell us that most of the people infected with #nCoV2019 show few or no symptoms whatsoever.

Doesn't this mean that the 'death rate' percentage cited by a breathless media is based on a woefully incomplete dataset, and...

...the ACTUAL death rate would therefore be MUCH lower than the figures being touted?

Also, if the death rate WAS higher than SARS, MERS, and H1N1- wouldn't there already be a massive amount of deaths in the US? So far in the US, the number of deaths is <100.

On local talk radio here in Detroit (WJR), opinion about Tlaib is about 90% AGAINST her. People noting she didn't get a majority in her primary against criminals, thieves and whackos, and ran unopposed in the General.

Scarily, some scientists have been detecting viral inserts very similar to HIV in the Wuhan #coronavirus - which they say is UNLIKELY TO BE NATURAL.

The bioweapon story is starting to seem very likely.
Basically, if this paper’s conclusions hold true, this would suggest that the #coronavirus is a man made disease.

Made where? Why, the bioweapons lab that China set up in #Wuhan of course. #WuhanCoronavirus
But, we also have a PHD candidate in epidemiology saying this is bunk. Take this with a grain of salt.

1. ~20 years ago my kids' board-certified pediatrician told me he traced most of the major influenza outbreaks to cities with Chinese bio-weapons labs. He thought they were just incompetent. #Wuhan opened a lab in 2017.
