#CoronavirusUSA Supermarkets should open early mornings for 2 hours for elderly above 60, to protect them from contact with younger people. Also volunteer system for shopping and delivery should be implemented.....

Will work but mainly for cases of last resort,where the elderly have no one to take care of them.Also maximum sanitation and care should be implemented, cross contamination can not happen. Also if we deliver to elderly, we need to sanitize the bags we deliver to the door....

People of America...Important News: All my restaurants in DC area are closed until further notice. Here at @ThinkFoodGroup safety of employees & guests is too priority. Some restaurants will transform into Community Kitchens to offer to-go lunches for those who need a meal. (1/4)
These Community Kitchens will be part of @WCKitchen efforts across the country in the coming days & weeks. Not for enjoyment....but a service for people in need of a plate of food during this emergency. (2/4)

In North Carolina after Hurricane Florence, we served alongside members of the Lumbee Tribe as they worked to rebuild their community and their lives with such positivity, not letting the rains dampen their spirits

So by now we are seeing cases pop up in most of the US. @CPAC just announced that the virus was there as one person tested positive who was in attendance.
Besides the threat it poses as does the yearly flu especially to the elderly, the standard safety precautions remain. Wash hands regularly, carry hand sanitizer and try to stay out of crowds.
The real struggle for Americans is going to be the supply chain interruptions. A run on non perishable goods including toilet paper is already happening. (TP🧐?) The US has always been a a top contributor to the global GDP. We are witnessing a melt down in global supply chain

What I witnessed yesterday as an election worker in the Los Angeles County was a crime. The election center was close between UCLA & Beverly Hills. Almost 90% of the college age students that showed up to vote were given provisional ballots. It was over a 3 hour wait.
Most young voters couldn’t find their voter info on the new system. They showed up with the affidavit printed out but yet their record was no where to be found. Everyone who prepared a poll pass, when scanned was rejected at registration .
A lot of voters who had mail in ballots didn’t receive them in the mail, if they were registered as non partisan voter,the cross over ballot didn’t arrive after requesting it before the deadline.
