For B/gd: The 1st was in 2002 when MPs rejected Bereket Simon's nomination (by the Executive) to chair then Ethiopian TV & Radio and EPA. But 2 weeks later 2/5

by the House Speaker & reps of political parties participating as members of parliament. In other words Standing Committees are nominated by the Legislative, NOT the Executive.
