Trump starts by reading from paper like a robot. Trump now says people should stop eating at restaurants and bars, stop having gatherings of 10 people or more and school from home. Now Trump talks about vaccine as if it will be released soon. That is a lie. It will be 1-1.5 years
Now Dr Birx comes to podium, says if one person in home is ill with coronavirus everyone in the home should self quarantine. Seniors and people with illness should STAY HOME. Something they should’ve been saying since the beginning. Not lying and downplaying the coronavirus.
Now Trump is taking questions. He tried to joke about how many people he is talking to about the coronavirus. Now Trump says he will take death toll down. What? Now he says coronavirus will be around through August, maybe longer. Trump has obviously lied about this since day one.
Trump now says the coronavirus situation “it’s bad.” He hopes we are set up to have the best case scenario not the worst. No specifics. Just basically applauds himself. And how it would be worse without his work. Nothing he’s saying is reassuring. This is sickening and pathetic.
Now Trump says we might be headed for a recession. Trump says the federal government is doing everything they can possibly do. That is a gigantic lie. He tries to play down the coronavirus some more. Dow’s gone down over 600 pts since he started rambling. Trump is a hot mess.
Trump was just asked if him and Pence should separate, and also to see if the 25th Amendment has been talked about at all. Trump grumbled and had a rambling response. Dow’s gone down 800 points since Trump started. Over 3,000 for the day. Trump is failing at all of this.
Trump says his response to the coronavirus should be rated a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

When Trump was asked if the buck stops with him he said “Yeah, normally.” Such an awful answer.
Trump tried to avoid questions about the stock market. He finally relents and says “the market will take care of itself. The market will be very strong as soon as we get rid of the virus.” Republicans should’ve removed him from office. He is absolutely making everything worse.
Trump just said he disagreed with Devin Nunes saying people should go to restaurants and bars. But then he went back and forth acting like what he said was ok. So he again is sending the wrong message.
