It is evident that Asian countries that see themselves as democracies distinguish themselves from China in adopting a less coercive approach relying on transparency, public information and high levels of cooperation from citizens.

But systematic approaches are common to both.
Leighanne Yuh, an expert in Korean history & culture at Korea University, says the experience from Sars & other recent epidemics, as well as watching the rapidity of the CV spread through China, has instilled a “sense of urgency”&adherence to social courtesies across the country
We on the other hand have the Prime Minister’s Dad saying he will continuing to go to the pub, and drunken louts breaking shut downs rules in Spain.
