My answer is masks and testing
We need enough masks available to allow states to enact mandatory mask laws
And enough testing to be able to consistently isolate newly infected people
Within the week we'll be where we need to on testing
But we're behind on mask production

That said - if President Trump starts using the Defense Production Act, and makes mask production a top priority, we should have enough masks for the whole country in 2-4 weeks
