This case from Bihar was that got me really worried about testing. A guy came back from Qatar, landed in Kolkata, came to Munger, was free for around 15 days, got admitted to 3 hospitals and died of Kidney failure. After his death we learnt that he was covid positive. Imagine. 
By 23rd, a couple of days after his death, Bihar had done less than 200 tests out of which 3 were positive including the one who died. How are we expected to believe the figures given out by the government.
People tend to believe corona virus infection from Gulf returnees are a problem unique to Kerala. In fact contrary to popular beliefs, blue-collar migration to Gulf is now predominantly from UP-Bihar. And many of them have returned. Now compare the tests done!!!
State with 20+ crore population and 10+ crore population have done tests in the hundreds. How can we be so irresponsible to our own citizens @narendramodi? Your real problem is not a lockdown. But the reluctance to test by your team. It is already too late. Set it straight.
Things slowly coming out. Are we going to be in denial even now?
