From the same document, a case study: Kellogg's fake meat burger. Claiming that plant-based is "better for people and planet" and that the main barrier is prejudice because people think it "will not taste as good" ???
Nah, reason why most don't want this stuff is probably because the ingredients look like this. I don't see a lot of "plants" here that could be "good for people & planet"? Any plants at all? Only extracts & additives.
And I doubt that this is a good basis for tasting like beef.
But "plant-based" is of course a cosmetic terminology.
The explicit advice to their members is to use "more appealing language, like #fieldgrown or #heritage to describe vegetable options, instead of terms like #meatfree, #vegetarian or #vegan” 👇
Social engineering, block chain, apps, & big data.
Also: use "religious/spiritual leaders"?? 🤪
These are the 2021 events where the corporate agenda will be pushed (hard): UN #UNFoodSystemsSummit, Convention on Biological Diversity (with a key role for #WWF), IUCN and N4G summits, UNFCCC/COP.
Don't say you haven't been warned! More about it here:
#WBCSD: "global CEO-led organization of >200 leading businesses working together to accelerate the transition to a sustainable world..representing a combined revenue of >$8.5 trillion" #FReSH (= WBCSD partnership with #EATLancet)👇
- diminishing farmer competitiveness in domestic & export markets
- driving up worldwide food prices & reducing societal welfare
- increasing # of food-insecure people in most vulnerable regions
"declines in production & trade, coupled with the projected increases in food commodity prices, would significantly reduce the EU’s GDP, especially if adoption was limited to the EU. In that case, the EU’s decline in GDP would represent 76% of the decline in the worldwide GDP"
"By 2030, the number of food-insecure people in the case of EU-only adoption would increase by an additional 22 million more than projected without the EC’s proposed Strategies. The number would climb to 103 million under the middle scenario & 185 million under global adoption"
In 1972, The #ClubofRome published its '#LimitsToGrowth', using simulations to describe the impact of resource depletion on #economic growth. The Club was founded in 1968 by David #Rockefeller, the industrialist Aurelio Peccei & Alexander King.
Its computer-generated models of #doom were designed to impress but were based on simplistic ideas & dubious assumptions. The report, nonetheless, remains influential & illustrates the #Rockefeller obsession with population growth & #resource control

- 1% of world population emits 50% of CO2 from commercial aviation
- Private air travel can amount to 7,500 t CO2/y
- Super emitters may contribute to global warming at a rate 225,000x (!) higher than the global poor
Reminds me of this study looking into the air travel emissions of celebrities... The virtue signalling of Oprah suddenly looked a bit silly. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

This first thread demonstrates how the core organization (#EAT) portrays itself as a 'Davos for Food' & connects to major industrial, financial & geopolitical platforms. Its model: public-private partnerships (#PPP), business models & #greenwashing
Next, I'm outlining how all this isn't new. This is not so much a #GreatReset as a #GreatAcceleration (it certainly isn't about #COVID) The dynamic started in the 1970s with #MauriceStrong's $$$ model for 'sustainable development' & 'global governance' 👇
The idea is also spread by C. Figueres, a main driving force behind the Paris climate agreement & member of the Board of.... #WRI 🤔 The meat tax idea is further amplified by #EAT member Springmann who wrote a specific study on it: journals.plos.org/plosone/articl…
A #GreenNewDeal-linked plan of New York’s (#NYC) City Council (& mayor Bill #deBlasio) to halve the red meat supply in municipal buildings & phase out processed meats in schools & hospitals by 2030.
), I mentioned the setup & history of a plan for a #GreatFoodTransformation of diets worldwide away from #meat, which is linked to the World Economic Forum's #GreatReset
Let's now look at how fast things are moving already

As a reminder: the #EATLancet Commission behind this plan advocates "hard policy interventions", because the public would otherwise reject its ideas. Also, social engineering is being deployed by its partner (WRI), based on the following strategies...
I already mentioned that this plan has considerable leverage over the new #EU food policy framework (the #GreenDeal) - setting the stage for the interventions favoured by #EAT & #WRI
