When #Israel PM Netanyahu and #SaudiArabia Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salam meet on Saudi soil and say it is directly against #Iran and declare security cooperation, there is no doubt anymore that Saudi Arabia and Iran are at war.
Because Saudi Arabia is weak and an incompetent country with a lot of money (unable to defeat the poorest country in the ME, #Yemen), it can't stand to #Iran's power. Saudi it is trying to gather more enemies of Iran in one blog thinking this coalition might work.
No coalition worked in #Afghanistan, #Iraq, #Syria & in part #Lebanon. All failed to reach their objectives even when the coalition was much bigger than what #SaudiArabia is trying to gather behind it.
The Bedouin tribal limit thinking of Saudi that is far from being strategic and believes it can buy everything and everybody, is reflected by its poor outcome and loss of leadership in the Muslim world. #Qatar detached itself, #Turkey is gaining ground, #Kuwait doesn't follow.
To my mind, #Iran did not yet react against #SaudiArabia and refrained from showing its strength. A few missiles launched from #Yemen are only messages for #SaudiArabia to understand and try to use its brain. Iran is mistaken here.
#SaudiArabia uses its anger not the brain of its thinkers. It is a reactive country far from planning or thinking strategically. The money that it is spending on arms can rebuild the entire Middle East better than Europe.
#SaudiArabia wants to see #Iran fully submitted and defeated. This conclusion has been reached in Iran and understood. No more place for positive thinking or mistakes: Saudi Arabia is gathering a pact of war on Iran. Has Mohamad Bin Salman a stomach to fight Iran? I doubt.
The only problem in #Iran with this conclusion is the fact that any war with 3SaudiArabia will benefit the [pockets of #US and Europe who will be happy to support a new war and sell more weapons.
At the end, this situation between Iran and Saudi Arabia won't remain w/o a clash.
Check my article this evening:
Why does Iran believe Israel could be preparing a strike against its nuclear facility?
Although I doubt there will be a war, this is the general thinking/fear today among the "Axis of the Resistance".

In a TV interview I have given today, I explained why @netanyahu and Mohammad Bin Salman released this information.
Many reasons: MBS boosting his Neom $500 bn projects; Netanyahu diverting the attention from the internal committee of fraud by Gantz; +
#SaudiArabia afraid what 2 expect from @JoeBiden, therefore MBS is seeking #Israel favouritism & support; @SecPompeo aiming to become a politician & boosting his blind support to Israel for this purpose. Many birds in 1 stone. Bottom line: nothing new. Saudi-Israel rlshp not new.
How do you know #Israel PM @netanyahu is terrified and guilty of fraud and corruption? Every time there is an investigation or new committee to look into his doing, he jumps towards an event that covers how rotten he is to make it more difficult for justice to take him to trail.
To the last breath, @SecPompeo (This is really nasty) is planning to sabotage @EmmanuelMacron's initiative in #Lebanon by imposing sanctions on @Gebran_Bassil to prevent @saadhariri from forming a government. Expect the devaluation of the local currency to reach a new high level.
No reason why @Gebran_Bassil would accept to give up on his role in the new government when @EmmanuelMacron failed to protect his initiative and freeze the US sanctions. @saadhariri can no longer ignore the Christian quota and choices of their own ministers.
Back to square one.
The stupidity of the #US has no limits. The best favour and huge re-booster to Bassil. Well done America!
As previously announced, it is official now: The US Treasury announces sanctions against the leader of the biggest Christian parliamentary party in Lebanon Gebran Bassil.
Watching the video of the terrorist shooting a civilian while walking, it reminds me of the same style used in Paris when the attacker did exactly the same, shooting a policeman.
In #austriaAttack, the man carried a gun & a machine gun with abundant ammo
#austriaAttack doesn't look an attack on the Synagogue but a terrorist - It doesn't look he had a specific target- attack shooting passerby. 1 of the terrorists (it is definitely a Paris-style attack to me) shot a civilian from a short distance 3 times to be able to reach him.
It is early to jump to conclusions but, the first idea I have is that of #ISIS using its propaganda machine to announce its return and start recruiting.
These are the consequences of the war on #Syria when #Europe allowed jihadists to travel to turn the country into a fail-state.
Gulf countries, #SaudiArabia#Emirates and #Bahrein normalised with #Israel to 'counter #Iran". How can Israel help defeating Iran when the entire Israeli army is lockdown in barracks , afraid of #Hezbollah, a tiny small group ally of Iran?
Strange policy.
#US is spending $10 bn in #Lebanon, not to build schools, universities, hospitals, innovative agriculture & industry or alternative energy but to counter #Hezbollah. But Hezb imposed a President (@General_Aoun), a PM (Hassan Diab) and the speaker is his ally.
Weird investment.
And #SaudiArabia King Salman speaks at the #UN against a small group, #Hezbollah, rising the level of a non-state actor to an important player, a competitor to Saudi Arabia's influence.
Also @SecPompeo remembers Hezbollah every single day and imposes sanctions every month on it.
Who is behind the resignation of #Lebanon PM Mustafa Diab? The answer is @saadhariri who badly wants to return to power but #SaudiArabia veto on him is preventing his return. Therefore, he "burns" all candidates he himself chooses until @EmmanuelMacron convinces the Saudi.
This is the first failure of #France's initiative and an indication to #Paris that it has little - not none - leverage in #Lebanon.
As I wrote in my previous articles, the #US did not give the green light to France to take over but within a specific framework: disarm #Hezbollah
Coz #France understands that #Hezbollah can't be disarmed (#Israel supported by the #US and #SaudiArabia tried by failed to achieve this objective), @EmmanuelMacron divided the problem by concentrating on forming a government first and left #Hezbollah's weapons to another stage.
By attacking #Iran overtly at the UN, #SaudiArabia helped #Tehran to take its gloves off & express directly & explicitly the nature of the Saudi regime and its sponsors of terrorism (AQ and ISIS). This will reflect upon Iran's allies: no more suave effort.
#SaudiArabia has been an ally of #Israel since 1980 but #Iran never wanted to break the relationship w/ Riyadh or overtly act against it as Saudi did. Fear of a sectarian war was greater & that kept Iran cautiously flirting w/ Saudi but confronting it in the field through allies.
Now that #SaudiArabia has lost its sectarian war in #Syria and #Iraq, is not (and shall not) managing to submit #Yemen, has lost its allies in #Lebanon where #Hezbollah (Iran ally) has won, #Riyadh is turning towards the #UN and wishes fight to the last American against #Iran.
