Mr Justice Swift's judgement in which he gives his personal/official approval to sending vulnerable people fleeing for their lives to a nation as far as can be from their families, friends, connections, cultures, possibilities of medical, psychological, social support
all of which they desperately need, means, that the British government has, provided it is in total control of it, legitimised people-trafficking,
.
The Home Office has worked out a trafficking route to, Rwanda. In return for undisclosed, substantial inducements, bribes, to key members of the Rwandan government, the Rwandan state will take refugees sent by the government of Britain
and hold them against their will. In other circumstances we would call that treatment of human beings "kidnapping". Those unfortunate human beings will be dumped in the open prison that Rwanda will shortly be for them.
The people of Rwanda, like the people of Britain, have been denied any democratic process of consultation on this horrible, inhumane treatment of vulnerable people, people who in many cases have already suffered multiple human rights violations and traumas.
Like all people traffickers, the UK govt will wash their hands of the fate of their victims once they have been dumped and trapped in a land of deprivation, political corruption, violence, injustice, with which they have even less connection than Priti Patel and Boris Johnson do.
We call on the Government, now a study has established that palmitic acid, a constituent of palm oil, can encourage the spread of some cancers, to end the sale and use of palm oil in Britain: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/6014…
We're in a Climate & Ecological Crisis, Sixth Mass Extinction, a threat to us all. Fossil fuels, though they account for over 80% of carbon emissions produced by humans, continue to be widely used. That's massively destabilising our biosphere, yet our Parliament says/does nothing
