The morning #Ukraine Defence Ministry update reports 12 civilians died and 30 were injured by #Russia across the country yesterday.
Four of the deaths came in this attack on houses in #Kharkiv, which I wrote about yesterday evening.
Six died in #Donetsk, two in #Mykolaiv.
