If your wife is "not in the mood" and you proceed with the act anyway despite her refusal, IT IS RAPE #maritalrape
If you coerce/intoxicate/blackmail your wife into having sex with you, IT IS RAPE
If your wife does not seem interested or involved in the act, it is (probably) rape
A woman is not an object/piece of flesh. She deserves to exercise her will and have a right over her body - just like her husband!
