And now some personal news:

I will be ending this account tonight.

It's been a long, sometimes fun road, but it's time to come to an end.
This is not something being done in haste, but rather something I've been considering for quite some time. I was waiting for the right time.
It's become clear that the right time was a mythical idea that would never come to fruition, and so that time has to be when I was ready.
I know this will be disappointing to a lot of people, and a welcome relief to other people. For me it is a little bit of both, to be honest.
This account was a lot of work at times, and a lot of fun at times. I will miss interacting with my followers and discussing current events.
My friends know that I don't like the word "goodbye". Often when departing, I will instead say "be good".
I'm very happy for the time we've spent together. Be good, everyone.

The next time someone claims the news media is biased against conservatives, remember today when it was revealed that the government hid the deaths of nearly 3,000 Americans and the national conversation was about if Google and the news media was biased against conservatives.
Following the release of a study conducted by George Washington University, the government updated the death toll in Puerto Rico to 2,975, which is over 46 times higher than the original estimate.
For some perspective:
The death toll for Hurricane Katrina was 1,833.
The death toll for Pearl Harbor was 2,467.
The death toll for 9/11 was 2,977.

This is the kind of stuff I expect websites that cover comic book news to report on. But those sites are still mostly run by people who only know English and only report on if Marvel or DC did a thing & ignore Asian pubs.

BACKGROUND: In 2003 the SSS stormed my BA flight leaving MMA Airport for the UK. Came to my seat and removed me on the directive of Lateef Kayode Are a retired Nigerian Army Colonel who was Director General of the Nigerian secret police. I was taken to Abuja by road that night.
On getting to Abuja I was kept in one of the SSS HQ I was blindfolded and then driven to one of the many SSS detention centre in the middle of no where. Kept incommunicado. 15 days into my detention I met with Kayode Are who wanted some sort of 'Agreement' as instructed by OBJ

To be effective in your coaching you need to know why errors happen.

In squatting, most errors are due to the fact that athletes are afraid they are going to fall over.
When we squat, we need to keep the projection of our centre of mass (the arrow in the picture), within our base of support (the pink area in the picture). If the arrow moves outside of our base of support we will fall over.
A common cue is "push the hips back to start the squat". As the athlete pushes their hips back, the projection of the centre of mass (PCOM) moves backwards. When the PCOM reaches the edge of the base of support (BOS), the athlete can't squat any deeper using this strategy.
