It starts with my patient, living in Baltimore, an immigrant from El Salvador. /1

Turns out there's no work to be had. They don't have any cash. THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH FOOD AT HOME./3

The cabinet secretary charged with our health care system is trying to dismantle it as fast as possible, with the GOP and Trump applauding/5

and he's living like a lord (with the help of Trump and his shitlords) while people over here in Baltimore don't have enough food./6

Words cannot express what an obscenity this GOP and administration is. What soulless hypocrites, mouths full of Bible verses, pockets full/8

of other peoples' money.

Let me tell you about trying to record this patient's problems in Epic./9

Epic *does* have codes for, you know, real life problems. Unemployment. Poverty. The new fancy Epic has categories for diagnoses./10

"Cardiac" for ischemic, "orthopedic" for arthritis, you know. What-not.

Where do "unemployment" and "lack of healthy food" go? Guess./11

OTHER. Epic puts livelihood and human needs in the fucking OTHER category. Because it's not biomedical. Not BIG DATA. Not PRECISION./12

Not the devices and IT bells/whistles which @SecPriceMD did insider trading with to line his shitbox with other peoples' dollars./13

And we're obsessing over how MUCH money @SecPriceMD has stolen? He's stolen more than money. He's stealing people's health./14

The Jesus freaks and racists need to look in the mirror to see the fires of Hell that are licking at their first-class airline seats./15

That goes for the Jewish racists and Trump-lovers too. I know it's the 10 days. They need to ask forgiveness from the poor and sick./16
