In Uggardanti Baani, #GuruGobindSingh ji prays to Shakti Bhagwati Durga to bless him to vanquish the evil invaders so that Hindu Dharma could prevail.
He says, the panth could prevail only if the evil forces are destroyed!

Since Baabar has set foot,princes too have no food to eat
Thaan mukaam jalay bij mandar muchh muchh ku-ir rulaa-i-aa, 418-1
He burned rest houses,ancient temples,cut princes limbs & cast them into the dust
