It is painful to read @TrueIndology's exposés of our well-established Historians and the trash they put out - on twitter and in books.

Honestly, if I were a judge, and if there was a prison term for sitting on one's bottom and doing nothing, I'd happily indict @PrakashJavdekar.

This is scandalous if true. Clear targeting of an individual. And now when I click on @TrueIndology I get "Sorry, that page doesn’t exist!"

This message by TrueIndology (via his friend @DimpleAtra) is at once horrifying and eerie. We generally think the monied, not the scholars, face threats. Wrong. Scholarship threatens most, because to the mediocre it hurts most.

The fraud historians are sleeping happy tonight.

Missing TrueIndology. Every single day, through his tweets old or new, not only was there something new to learn, but also, perhaps more importantly, something new to unlearn, about our History and the way we have been taught it, respectively.

A treasure-trove has been robbed.

In the past few days alone, have counted dozen odd instances of editors, journalists, and rent-a-penny Historians peddling lies that TrueIndology would have demolished with ease and in minutes. These frauds are dancing at his funeral.

When the cat's away, the mice will play.

As one feared, the news of TrueIndology's absence has spread far and wide. No fear of being exposed now, for your false claims, lies, selectivity, propaganda, mediocrity, limited intellect - anything goes. They are dancing in the aisles.

Forget Modi, it is this man who is the establishment's worst nightmare.
