Ex-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak now says "it'd take him more than 20 minutes to name all of the Trump officials he's met with or spoken to on the phone." But what did he say less than two weeks before Election Day? Something ENTIRELY different. Watch:
2/ Kislyak told Russian TV his opinion on secretly negotiating sanctions with Flynn before the inauguration was "So what?" Why? Because he'd previously secretly negotiated sanctions w/ Sessions before the *election*. Russia's—and Trump's—view all along was this was OK. It wasn't.
3/ If Kislyak really thought secretly meeting and calling Trump campaign officials throughout the 2016 campaign was a "So what?" kind of deal, he wouldn't have abjectly lied about it on U.S. television less than two weeks before a presidential election. Hopefully that's obvious.
