Emin Agalarov, Aras Agalarov, Yulya Alferova and her then-husband Artem Klyushin: these four people, with Konstantin Rykov in support, lured Trump to Moscow to ink a Trump Tower Moscow deal, get kompromat on him via Rykov's Dosug prostitutes, and link him up with Vladimir Putin.
2/ The plan worked. Trump signed a letter-of-intent for Trump Tower Moscow on November 9, 2013; per the CIA, he was caught on tape at the Ritz Moscow with prostitutes (supplied by Rykov); and from November 9 on, Putin knew, via Alferova (possibly Trump) Trump would run for POTUS.
3/ The "reveal" referred to in the tweet is Emin and his father Aras announcing that they have paid Trump $20 million to bring the 2013 Miss Universe pageant to Moscow. Previous media reports indicated the pageant was in dire financial straits at the time (denied by the pageant).
4/ I don't know if Trump was compromised by the Russians prior to November 9, 2013. But they flattered him, paid him, and lured him with promises of a business deal and access to Putin, and their very basic plan *worked*. After November 9, 2013, Trump *was* compromised by Russia.
5/ The Trump-Russia scandal began in *earnest* on June 16, 2013: the day (*exactly* two years before he announced his presidential run) Trump inked a deal to take the Miss Universe pageant to Moscow. He tossed out 19 other national applicants due, essentially, to a Russian bribe.
