Many of you have asked about my plans in 2018, and whether I'll be running for Congress again in the midterms.

Last year's Special Election was never about me.

It was fueled by the passion of so many Americans to fight back against the obscenity of this presidency and our debased political system.

And it was beyond inspiring to join you in that fight. (2/)

That passion to push back & build a better America is stronger than ever.

In election after election, on issue after issue, Americans continue to prove our commitment to a country that is strong, decent, open, and fair in the face of deceit, incompetence, and corruption. (3/)

I've decided that this is not the moment for me to run again for Congress.

But I'm not going anywhere.

Your trust, energy, and support last year meant the world to me. I'm in this with all of you for the long haul. (4/)

My company just completed another investigation of war crimes against women and girls in Iraq, coming soon to your screen. (5/)

I'll be actively supporting great Democratic candidates in 2018, and I hope you'll join me in standing with the brave students marching on 3/14.
