The Post’s Pentagon team has a story forthcoming on this. Needing further clarity in Trump’s memo re: transgender military service is the word “substantial.”

President Trump signaled late Friday that he will not ban all transgender members of the US military from serving, but deferred to a new Pentagon plan more restrictive than a policy adopted by the Obama administration.

On 2 October 2018 I attended the HQ of Norfolk Constabulary to give a statement in connection with allegations of harassment (1)
I spent 5 hours providing a statement and evidence in connection with the well publicised allegations made by me to the Police concerning #transphobia. Norfolk Constabulary then liaised with West Yorkshire Police to decide how best to deal with this matter (2) #transgender
Following discussions between West Yorkshire Police and me I expressed my view that my preference was for the Police to take proportionate and swift action to make clear that #transgender #harassment was unacceptable. I made clear my preference was for a harassment warning (3)

Wishing a Happy 85th birthday to the Metro Man E.Sreedharan, the man behind two of the greatest engineering projects in modern India- Konkan Railway and Delhi Metro, pulled off under the most challenging circumstances.
While Sreedharan is widely acclaimed for the Delhi Metro, for me the Konkan Railway was a far bigger achievement. One of the most challenging project, considering the terrain involved, to me wud be Sreedharan's greatest achievement.

And to think that Sreedharan was actually bought out of retirement for Konkan Railway, his tenure had come to an end in June 1990. It was the then Railway Minister George Fernandes who appointed him as CMD of Konkan Railways, and the rest as they say is history.
