1)Yet a few more questions Comey should be asked:
2) You've surely now read the Strzok-Page texts. Is this appropriate FBI behavior? Is this common FBI behavior? Can or how should the American public have confidence in a bureau that employs senior players with that behave in such a way?
3) What was the "insurance policy" to which Strzok and Page referred? Anonymous sources claim it meant simply the need to aggressively probe Russia, but it could also be read as a plan to harm Candidate Trump. Was it?
4)Given the duo's senior roles, and given clear text evidence that politics played a role in decisions (ie, how much manpower to use on Clinton investigation, given she might be "next president") how do reassure public of the integrity of either the Clinton or Trump probes?
5) The texts ridicule AG Lynch's decision to step aside from Clinton probe, "since she knows no charges will be brought." This was prior to FBI even interviewing Clinton. Please explain.
6) The texts suggest early coordination between FBI and political operatives in the Obama Administration. Who all knew about the dossier? Did you hear about it not just from Steele, but internally? Was the president informed of your ongoing work? What role did Brennan play?
7)You have strong views on lying. The IG has now said McCabe lied, at least three times under oath. Should he be prosecuted? If not, how do you explain the double standard of FBI's treatment of average citizens, and treatment of its own?
8) You say you leaked your memos because it was material that needed to "be out in the public square." Under that standard, any current or former government employee is allowed to leak any material that they judge important. Is that your view?
9) You claim Rosenstein memo was "pretext" to fire you. Yet you don't address its specific claims. Please point to the policy that gives you authority to usurp DOJ leaders. Please provide examples of similar FBI press conferences. Please address criticisms of prior AGs/deputy AGs
