Many people that say they need a mentor have needs that could be met by:

1. An accountability partner
2. A PAID business coach
3. A mastermind group
4. Books & online courses

Mentorship relationship have to be win-win to be sustainable. Its often a lot of work to maintain.
An accountability partner is a person who coaches another person in terms of helping the other person keep a commitment
It can be a friend, spouse, colleagues at work, brother from church or mosque. Some one that you share your goals with on a periodic basis. I recommend weekly.

Will start with professional development. Developing yourself through various learning resources is a major key, Books especially audiobooks /Online courses/Youtube videos and offline courses can help you do this.
Best site hands down for audiobooks is audible.com. Advantage is that you can listen with others, whilst you are typing, whilst you are in traffic and switch btw an endless number of books as you can carry hundreds on your phone. Plus your first book is free.

One of my closest friends recently decided to quit her job & focus on her family. Which is great, its her decision,I respect it.

But that means 3 out of my closest friends are now full time housewives. What happened to all the big career plans we made whilst we were young?
Meanwhile, my husbands best friends are all at the top of their companies and getting top political appointments.
One of the key issues women face in building social capital is so many of their friends drop out of the workplace to focus on family and therefore leave us simply unable to access the kind of networks that men can.

If Success Rate is 0.5 and Reward Risk 2, Then

Expectancy = 2 x 0.5 =1

For Making Profit, Expectancy Should Be Positive Number (2/n)

#New PA cong. map increases D chance of winning the House majority by 4%. They only need a 6.8% generic ballot margin now (down from 7.7) to be favored.

Diff. will be closer to 10% in Nov when uncertainty from polls is ⬇️. Redraw is a very big deal.

One major reason the new PA map is such a big gain for Democrats is that it solidifies, not just tips, PA districts in Philly burbs. Also creates one additional vulnerable R district. (Easily seen in this map made by @JMilesColeman)
My forecasting model will have new PA map in the near future. This is not just a simple switch; it’s a coding redesign, restructuring of input, & drawing new geographic files. Takes a while (for me, a student).

New #PA Congressional map is pretty much the best one Democrats could have hoped for. At least 2 pickups in neutral environment, likely ability to win 11 in current D+6 environment. Post coming
PA redraw creates map that is almost entirely drawn from scratch. Huge shifts from 2016 plan all over the place. Dems favored to win 9 seats there in almost any national environment.
(big swings mostly from renumbering, but aggregate differences are clear)
