9/11 immediately changed my USAF Intel career (Korean Crypto Linguist) forever while I was on duty, on shift, completing a mission in South Korea the exact time those terrorists struck the WTC and Pentagon.
Later, during 2007-2008, I provided direct Intelligence support to Dari, Farsi, and Urdu linguists conducting missions for the protection of our own "boots on the ground", and the same of our allies.
We have been participating and assisting, but only starting in 2017 have we been a serious factor against ISIS and Radical Islamic Terrorism who have very publicly shouted numerous times, they want to destroy the United States.
Now we finally a president whom is 100% serious about eliminating this threat while not cowering to political and social pressure. I am very glad someone we elected to the presidency is keeping their promises.
